January is also the start of a new WI year and so the membership fees for 2017 are now due. This year the cost is £39, which covers attendance at all 11 meetings through the year as well as the bimonthly ‘WI Life’ magazine. We really hope you would like to stay with us for another year and continue to support Lee Green WI by renewing your membership. The committee is working on possible trips to the Pre-fab Museum, Hall Place/Eltham Palace, Blackheath Golf Club and a Gin Distillery (among others) and is in the process of booking more speakers for 2017. Do let us know if you have any ideas (and especially contacts) for trips or speakers.
