Keeping fit with a champion!

Following Vicky Chapman’s popular talk  at our July 2024 meeting, Vicky invited us to her regular fitness sessions held at Old Colfeians Rugby Club each week.  Seven of us took part in Vicky’s first fitness session in October aimed at encouraging women to enjoy and improve our fitness.  Vicky is so supportive and enthusiastic she soon had us all joining in with stretch bands and weights to improve our strength, balance and flexibility. The session was tailored to each person’s abilities so it really was suitable for all. See you there next time!  If you’re interested in joining Vicky’s sessions please do get in touch with Caroline Powell or put a message on our group chat Make Do and Mend (MADAM).  The sessions are normally on a Tuesday or Thursday each week and cost £6. There is tea and coffee available after if you’d like to stay for a chat.
