2016 GBBO runner up Jane Beedle was our speaker for November. She gave us the low down on what it’s like in the tent and how she got there in the first place. She did all this whilst decorating a cake with hazelnut ganache, which we got to share afterwards. Multi tasking indeed! One of the committee was caught licking the plate afterwards – I won’t say who. Ok – it was me! ;).
