For our January meeting (which was moved online) we had a talk and an interactive sampling of George’s delicious blended teas of which some are just as lovely when mixed into a cocktail. Also, I’ve added in a few information sheets for you to share if you wish. One of them is a tea blending guide if anyone has been inspired to make their own, which recommends combinations of flavours, and also how to recreate the blends from last night if they wish. Finally, cocktail recipe cards for each of the blends (the recipes specify loose tea but 3-4 tea bags will do the job just as well!)
