Back in 2018 a group of us got together to create a banner to commemorate 100 years of the WI and to celebrate our own Lee Green WI and the local community. As you know last Monday was International Women’s Day when in pre covid times some WIs would meet with their banners in celebration. For this year the WI have an online exhibition in which we are proud to say our banner is featured.
