A great start to 2021! Our guest for our January meeting was yoga teacher Nicky Lowe who created a bespoke yoga sequence for us, focussing on shoulders, neck, and upper back – areas neglected at the moment with more people working from home during lockdown. For the online session we used various props which we found around the home, including cushions, blankets, chairs to help us to get the most out of the postures. We were also treated to a relaxation session at the end.
Nicky usually teaches classes in Lee at The Good Shepherd Church and The Complimentary Health Centre, currently all classes are online. Check Nicky’s website for details.
