We have really enjoyed delivering our pilot Zoom webinars over the last couple of weeks! Thanks to all those who joined us as we prepared and talked about sea bass and hake.

We did record these and they will be available on our YouTube Channel.

We will showcase whatever we can get hold of. One of our favourite recipes is Crab Thermidor – perfect for cold nights in. You don’t need to have fresh crab for this either.

If you have enjoyed our webinars we are now extending these to allow guests to join and have a go themselves under the guidance of CJ!

Each day we have chosen a fish and a dish. Once you sign up we will send you the recipes and list of simple ingredients that you will need to source.

We will send you the log in details to join the class. From the comfort of your kitchen and with your ‘bubble’ around the computer – we will share some tricks of the trade as you prepare the fish and create a dish to serve for lunch.
