This month, we were temporarily moved from usual home at Trinity Secondary School, and instead met at Trinity Primary. Mary Kitson from the Greenwich Fan Museum came to talk to us – the Fan Museum has been open for over 25 years and holds a world-renowned collection of fan and fan leaves from all over the world. Mary gave us a fascinating talk about the history of fans and their use as tools of flirtaciousness and political intrigue – who’d have thought!
