We will be welcoming Ed to our September meeting. Ed founded his bakery in Ladywell in October 2019 with a promise to deliver authentic flavours and use real, organic ingredients. He is a sourdough purist and his fabulous bread is baked on site daily, along with quiches, pies and pastries, influenced by the richness and diversity of East Mediterranean and European cuisines. He has won many awards including Great Taste Awards in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and was voted Best Food Retailer 2023.
