We are delighted to welcome Nicola Stuart to our March meeting to introduce us to meditation. Nicola is a meditation teacher, trained and accredited by The British School of Meditation. Nicola will begin by explaining the circumstances which led her to try meditation and the benefits that it brought relieving physical symptoms of stress and anxiety. She will then deliver a meditation which will be based on mindfulness, allowing participants to become relaxed and comfortable, calm and steady. The meditation will take place seated, and you will not be required to do anything except close your eyes, listen and relax.
