Please note: The change of venue to Trinity School. The meeting will be for members only; we are unable to have visitors this month.
To celebrate Christmas, we will be in festive mode and going for gold….! Please do come wearing something sparkly (shiny top, glittery earrings, full gold lame catsuit, whatever you have). And we’ll be in creative mood too – under the careful tuition of Lucy Anne, we will be making/gilding festive decorations so please bring the following:
- 1 x thin paint brush
- 1 x soft/blusher brush
- 1 x old toothbrush (perhaps we should ask the foodbank for our used donations back?!)
- Wet wipes
- Pinny, if you are worried about spillages.
We will be starting our creative session promptly at 7pm with some gluing and then while that dries (no “Here’s one I made earlier” for us!) we’ll have time for a snack and a glass of something very sparkly as our presidents run through news and business. Please do bring a (modest-sized!) wine glass for your festive tipple, or a mug if you’d rather have tea or coffee. We’ll then be finishing with some decorative alchemy to make sure everyone goes home with something gold & shiny for their tree!
